2. Services

BrollBros provides AI-powered media generation tools. Content generated is for creative use and may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes.

3. User Accounts and Access

All users are required to create and use their own individual accounts to access the BrollBros platform and manage their available credits.

Access and subscription payments are handled through our third-party payment processor, Fanbasis. To ensure proper tracking and billing, you must use the same email address for both signing in to BrollBros and subscribing via Fanbasis. Failure to use a consistent email may result in issues with credit access, subscription status, or support eligibility.

4. Credits and Usage

Each plan includes a specific number of credits for generating AI assets. Once credits are used, additional credits must be purchased to continue generating assets.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to the original content you provide. Generated content may be used for your creative purposes.

You are solely responsible for the appropriate and lawful use of any AI-generated content. While BrollBros uses licensed or publicly available assets (e.g., stock or GIFs), you should ensure your final output complies with copyright, platform guidelines, and legal usage standards.

BrollBros retains ownership of the underlying platform, algorithms, and technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

BrollBros is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including content inaccuracies, errors, or service downtime.

7. Free Trial and Subscription Billing

BrollBros offers a 2-day free trial for new users. To begin the free trial, users must subscribe using the same email used during sign-up. If you do not cancel or opt out before the 2-day trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan, and the associated fee will be charged.

If you fail to notify us of cancellation before the trial period ends, BrollBros reserves the right to decline refund requests. It is your responsibility to contact us at contact@brollbros.com to cancel prior to the end of the trial.

8. No-Refund Policy

BrollBros offers digital services with instant access. Therefore, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for credits, subscriptions, or services once purchased.

In rare cases where technical issues prevent the use of the service, please contact us at contact@brollbros.com for assistance. We will review cases individually and may issue credits at our discretion.

By purchasing and using BrollBros, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
